Compassionate postpartum care so you can rest, heal, and feel supported.

Meet Your Doula

Hi, I’m Heather!

I’m a proud toddler Mama to a sweet boy, and a certified Postpartum & Infant Care Doula.

When I was pregnant, I spent countless hours preparing for labor and birth. What I didn’t realize at the time was how important it is to also prepare for the postpartum period—the stage of healing, adjusting, and learning life with a new baby.

My own experience navigating postpartum opened my eyes to just how vital support, nourishment, and encouragement are for new parents. It was through this journey that I discovered my passion: helping families feel seen, supported, and empowered during this tender season.

Now, as a doula, I walk alongside families to provide compassionate care, practical support, and reassurance as they adjust to life with their new baby. My goal is to make sure you feel confident, cared for, and never alone in this transition.

I would be honored to support you in writing your own postpartum story—with more rest, more confidence, and more joy.

My Approach

I provide a safe space of comfort and support during one of life’s most tender transitions.

As a Postpartum Doula, my role is to offer non-judgmental emotional and physical care, helping you feel empowered as you adjust to life with your new baby. Together, we’ll focus on building a strong foundation in the early weeks of motherhood—so you feel rested, confident, and supported.

I proudly serve families throughout Southeastern Wisconsin, including:

                             Ozaukee County

                           Milwaukee County

                          Washington County

                           Sheboygan County

                           Waukesha County

My Qualifications

  • 10 years as a Certified Nursing Assistant working in hospitals, nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, and inpatient hospice, providing compassionate care to individuals and families.

  • Certified Postpartum & Infant Care Doula through ProDoula (July 2023).

  • CPR Certified (September 2023).

  • Motherhood experience—I successfully breastfed for nearly a year, giving me personal insight into the joys and challenges of early parenthood.
