1 Day Per Week(6 Weeks) — $1,600
2 Days Per Week(6 Weeks) — $3,200
3 Days Per Week(6 Weeks) — $4,800
Co-Create a Custom Support Package — $44/hour
Every family’s postpartum journey is unique. If one of the Signature Support Packages isn’t the perfect fit, we’ll create a personalized daytime support plan tailored to your family’s needs.

HSA & FSA accepted (Letter of Medical Necessity may be required).

This 6-week postpartum doula support experience is designed for mothers who are ready to fully receive care, nourishment, guidance, and practical support during the fourth trimester.
Whether you’re a first-time parent or welcoming another baby, you’ll receive personalized in-home postpartum care that allows you to rest, heal, recover, and confidently transition into motherhood.
What’s Included:
Travel up to 30 minutes (additional mileage fee assessed for difference)
1-Hour Consultation
A personalized consultation to discuss your postpartum goals, answer your questions, and create a customized postpartum care plan for your family.
A 45 Minute Intuitive Reading (if that’s something you’d be comfortable receiving)
Receive a brief intuitive reading for clarity, reassurance, and guidance during your postpartum journey.
In-Home Postpartum Doula Support
Each visit includes six hours of personalized daytime postpartum care, which may include:
Daily check-ins to see how every in the home is adjusting.
Holistic postpartum meal preparation
Breastfeeding, pumping, and bottle-feeding support
Newborn care education
Soothing, swaddling, diapering, bathing, and baby wearing guidance
Light household support (baby laundry, dishes, bottle and pump-part sanitizing)
Grocery pickup and light errands
Dedicated newborn care while you rest, shower, or enjoy uninterrupted time for yourself
Referrals to trusted local postpartum professionals, including IBCLCs, pelvic floor physical therapists, pediatric dentists, and perinatal mental health providers
Package Breakdown
1 Day/Week Package: 6 daytime shifts (36 hours)
2 Days/Week Package: 12 daytime shifts (72 hours)
3 Days/Week Package: 18 daytime shifts (108 hours)
