This gives us a chance to connect before baby arrives, while also allowing me to get to know your family, & what you want your Postpartum Care to look like. This package provides consistent, Mother-centered support for your physical recovery, emotional well-being, and spiritual grounding during the postpartum period.

In-home Support
Daily check-ins to see how everyone in the home is adjusting
Infant feeding support (breastfeeding, pumping, bottle)
Newborn care education: babywearing, soothing, bathing, diapering, swaddling
Light household tasks: laundry, dishes, meal prep, washing/sanitizing bottles & pump parts
Help with appropriate errands such as grocery pickup
Caring for your baby so you can rest, shower, or enjoy personal time
Referrals to trusted postpartum professionals (IBCLCs, pelvic PTs, pediatric dentists, perinatal counselors)
Integrated Postpartum Spiritual Coaching
Spiritual support is woven throughout your care to help you feel grounded, clear, and supported.
Guidance to help you manifest your partner, family, and friends showing up for you to align with the support you need.
Intuitive readings as needed for clarity and peace of mind.
Gentle practices that can help regulate nervous system, deepen intuition, and bring calm to your postpartum journey.

3 days/week for 6 weeks
HSA & FSA Accepted
I accept HSA and FSA payments.
You may need a Letter of Medical Necessity, which I can help you prepare.
